For one of our clients – a global giant providing services and solutions in the technology
transformation field. We looking for experienced, dedicated and pro-social people for the role
of Invoicing Specialist with German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Issue unbilled items on time, validate and correct errors daily;
* Monitor billing holds and perform CFM tasks;
* Enter manual meter readings, identify system issues, and log tickets;
* Ensure billing completeness, quality, and timeliness;
* Improve billing connectivity, promote portal self-service, and handle additional tasks;
* Escalate unresolved issues and ensure compliance with terms and guidelines;
* Provide updates to the Team Leader and strive to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements:
* Strong customer focus with excellent communication and negotiation skills;
* Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal;
* 3+ years in an OTC environment with a proven track record of meeting targets and SLAs;
* Team-oriented, resilient under pressure, and adaptable;
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
* Motivated and eager to learn, with a results-driven attitude;
* Proficient in MS Office and computer literate;
* University education is preferred).
