For one of our clients – a global analytics and digital solutions company, we are on a search for
experienced and motivated individuals for the role of Accounts Payable Specialist with English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
Sort and distribute incoming mail.
Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms.
Book various types of invoices and expense reports in our ERP system.
Prepare payment runs.
Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in month-end closing procedures.
Perform other general accounting tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:
Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
6 months to 1 year of previous experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or another Finance-related role;
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field;
Previous experience working with SAP;
Proficiency with email and MS Office applications, primarily Excel;
Strong communication skills;
Ability to work cooperatively and collaborate with all levels of employees, management, and
external vendors.
