Основни задължения
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of access management specialists, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance environment.
Set clear goals, prioritize workloads, and ensure effective task distribution and execution across the team.
Act as a key point of coordination between your team and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across departments.
Drive continuous improvement of team processes, efficiency, and service quality.
Oversee access management operations, including granting, modifying, and revoking user access rights.
Ensure that access management practices align with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and information security standards.
Contribute to the first line of defense by supporting risk management and internal control activities in line with the Internal Control Policy.
Collaborate closely with security, infrastructure, service desk, and business teams to ensure secure and seamless access processes.
Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and standards related to access management.


Изисквания за заемане на длъжността
Proven experience in leading or coordinating teams, with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
Background in access management, IAM, or information security.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, IT Service Management, or a related field.
Solid understanding of IT systems, software, and networks.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and ITIL processes.
Knowledge of IAM platforms, role-based access models, and access governance principles.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in English.
