Основни задължения:
Participate in the first line of defense for risk management and internal control as per the Internal Control Policy.
Organize, manage, and control processes for granting, modifying, and terminating user access; develop effective interaction systems with other units within the bank.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for access management aligned with information security principles.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal audit policies.
Collaborate closely with security, infrastructure, service desk, and business teams.
Lead a team of administrators, ensuring effective task allocation and monitoring execution.

Изисквания за заемане на длъжността:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or IT Service Management
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in access management, IAM, or information security, including leadership roles.
Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of IT, software products, and networks.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and ITIL processes.
In-depth understanding of IAM platforms, role models, and access groups.
Proficiency in English.
