Основни задължения:
Develop and integrate overarching risk management rules, methodologies, and processes that govern and support risk management across the bank and its subsidiaries.
Implement risk management frameworks, including governance of risk strategy, appetite, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate between teams to prepare concise materials and presentations for the Management Board and Supervisory Board.
Collaborate with supervisory regulators, summarizing critical information related to Risk Management Division activities.
Proactively monitor and anticipate forthcoming regulatory requirements impacting processes, risk appetite, and risk profile.
Foster strategic partnerships and enhance collaboration within the risk management division and the broader banking group.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals working in collaboration with first, second and third line of defence teams.

Изисквания за заемане на длъжността:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in risk management or regulatory compliance.
Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and presentation abilities.
Understand the risk environment, monitor evolving risks and trends and propose practical solutions in the field of risk management.
