For one of our clients – a front-runner in next-generation cargo handling for ports, distribution
centers, and heavy industry, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the
role - Data Management Assistant.
Essential Responsibilities:
*Ensure the accurate and timely creation, maintenance, and governance of master data across
various systems and platforms;
*Review and verify data to ensure its integrity, consistency, and compliance with company standards;
*Regularly monitor, cleanse, and enrich data to improve its quality and reliability;
*Assist in the integration of master data across business systems and applications to ensure
smooth data flow;
*Perform Master Data tasks (Vendor, Customer, Finance) with minimal supervision;
* Identify issues and work with the team leader for resolution;
*Resolve Master Data-related queries, Foster good relationships with colleagues and
stakeholders.
Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in finance or business, completed or in progress;
*Up to 3 years of experience in IT Procurement (ItP) or Master Data;
*Finance traineeship or similar experience;
*Proficiency in written and spoken English;
*Good time management and attention to detail;
*Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
*Familiar with ERP/Cloud systems;
*Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office;
*Strong work ethic and adherence to policies.
