For one of our clients – a worldwide pioneer in eco-friendly material handling solutions, we
are on a search for experienced, proactive and driven leaders for the role of R2R Team Lead.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a team, managing workload and performance;
* Ensure process SLAs and KPIs are met while maintaining high customer satisfaction;
* Collaborate with Business Analysts and end-users to drive efficiency;
* Identify and implement process improvements;
* Handle complex queries and escalations;
* Support RTR process transitions and knowledge transfer.

Requirements:
* Master’s degree in finance or business;
* 5+ years of experience on a similar position, including 1year in a supervisory RTR role;
* Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and ERP solutions;
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills;
* Full professional proficiency in English.
