For one of our clients – a driving force in sustainable logistics and heavy cargo transportation
for global industries, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role -
Entry-Level Payment Specialist.
Essential Responsibilities:
*Handle transactional tasks in the Payments area with limited supervision;
*Prepare and review payment proposals according to the schedule;
*Resolve payment queries from customers, vendors, and colleagues;
*Ensure timely and accurate payments;
*Reconcile and manually post bank statements;
*Monitor electronic bank statements and report missing ones;
*Perform month-end activities and contribute to the ItP area;
*Maintain positive relationships and deliver services according to procedures;
*Address recurring issues with the team leader;
*Ensure customer satisfaction and data accuracy in systems;
*Complete any additional tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in finance or business (completed or in progress);
*1-3 years of experience in ItP or Payments;
*Finance internship experience;
*Proficient in English (written and spoken);
*Experience handling simple and complex queries;
*Strong customer service and interpersonal skills;
*Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;
*Familiar with ERP/Cloud systems;
*Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office;
*Proactive in improving individual and team work practices;
*Strong work ethic and compliance with internal controls.
