About Us:
We are a fast-growing and innovative virtual currency exchange based in Bulgaria, dedicated to providing secure and user-friendly digital asset exchange services. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Compliance Officer to join our team in Sofia.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the company’s full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, particularly related to AML/CFT and virtual assets.
Develop, implement, and maintain effective compliance procedures and internal controls.
Liaise with Bulgarian regulatory authorities and ensure timely reporting.
Conduct risk assessments and monitor transactions for suspicious activity.
Approve new business relationships in line with compliance standards.
Perform customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence investigations.
Train and support staff on compliance and regulatory requirements.
Stay up to date with changes in legislation and international compliance trends relevant to virtual currencies.

Специални умения:
Requirements: Proven experience in a compliance, legal, or regulatory role—preferably within the fintech, crypto, or financial services sector. Strong knowledge of Bulgarian and EU regulations regarding AML/CFT and virtual assets. Fluency in both Bulgarian and English (spoken and written). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. AML/CFT or compliance certification (e.g., CAMS, ICA) is a strong advantage.
