The Tocan Data & Configuration Analyst will work with the Implementation Team to oversee all aspects of the maintenance, integrity, and precision of the configurable reference data within the Tocan Onboarding platform. The successful candidate will support the Implementation Team while they are executing the jurisdictional and client onboarding run books. Additionally, the role will involve the management and configuration of data for ad hoc and ongoing internal and external reporting.
Working with the Implementation team and the Tocan Product team the role will also include analysing current data management practices and assisting with the design and implementation of system enhancements.
Responsibilities:
Create and maintain system configurable reference data within the Tocan platform;
Test and validate system configurations;
Supporting the Implementation Team jurisdictional & client run books;
Perform data extracts and create and maintain internal and external reporting;
Troubleshoot and resolve data related issues promptly and professionally;
Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues;
Be an enthusiastic and flexible part of an evolving team and help us to grow and improve our capabilities as our customer base and product range expands.
Skills Required:
2-5 years relevant experience;
Experience of maintaining software reference data;
Experience of producing and maintaining internal and client facing reporting;
Ability to create and manage SQL queries;
Experience working with Financial Markets software ideally with a knowledge of Know Your Client, Investor Onboarding and Transfer Agency is preferred;
A self starter, able to work independently and as part of a team and has a diligent, organised and detail focused approach to their work;
Highly motivated with the ability to work under pressure to deadlines;
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under tight deadlines;
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
