On behalf of one of our clients, we are currently looking for a 

Production Planner

Preparation of the Production Program:

- Develop and manage the serial production schedule, considering production capacities, existing orders, and stock availability.

- Coordinate and plan non-serial production activities, including zero series and first samples.

- Collaborate with direct departments to finalize the weekly production program by Thursday of the previous week.

Production Program Tracking:

- Continuously monitor the production program and promptly address any deviations.

- Analyze and report reasons for deviations to the immediate supervisor.

- Update the production program to address changes or resource-related issues.

- Conduct daily checks of inventory, finished goods, and work-in-progress (WIP) and take corrective actions as needed.

Disposition of Materials and Auxiliary Means:

- Ensure the availability of necessary materials and aids for smooth production.

- Place orders for productive materials and all required aids.

- Participate in negotiating terms and conditions for material deliveries.

- Keep a close eye on critical materials to prevent shortages.

- Accurately enter and update relevant data in the ERP system related to material disposition.

Process Improvement:

- Collaborate in leveling the production program for optimal resource utilization.

- Make necessary adjustments and settings in the ERP system to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Production Planner or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

- In-depth understanding of production planning principles and techniques.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in using ERP systems and MS Office applications.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
