Наш клиент намиращ се в района на Southampton търси CAD техник за остъкляване на търговски зони с опит при дизайна и със софтуерна програма AutoCADИзисквания:
Много добър Английски език; опит в сферата на дейност минимум 3 години; надежност и отзивчивост в работата с колеги и клиенти;
Предлага се:
Добро стартово заплащане; осигурена квартира около 70 лири на седмица наем+депозит за квартирата; минимум 37,5 часа на седмица; постоянен трудов договор с 3 месечен пробен период;

JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title: Cad technician
Overall responsible to: Commercial Director
Directly Responsible to: Design Manager
Job Summary: You are required to oversee and to produce GA / construction drawings as required. You are required to attend initial design meetings and liaise with the design manager and Commercial Director regarding the design and specification for the individual project.
PRINCIPLE TASKS AND PROCEDURES
- Receive files from design manager and study project specifications and requirements against SGC quotation.
Check Size; Quantity; Product; Material pre ordered prior to design
- Attend initial office design meetings to ensure proposed designs and details are documented.
Check: Details; Lugs; Fixings; EPDM; Glass thickness over certain sizes
- Discuss and set out quantity of drawings by drawing issue sheet prior to work commencing as instructed by design manager / commercial director.
Check: Elevation series number.; Detail series number.; Pre project start information issued i.e heal beading detail, project statement.
- To assist and forward initial provisional information to the purchasing department to obtain sub-contract quotations i.e. :
1) Actuators 2) Glass 3) Flashings 4) Brackets 5) Winding gear 6) Steel products 7)Manifestations 8) Timber requirements.
Check: When GA drawings go to client copy to factory for information; Quotation request to Purchasing including required by date for information.
- Issue drawings to Client / Architect for comments in line with design managers requirements.
Check: Drawing issue sheet filled out and issued: Covering letter requests specific areas of additional details required or areas of uncertainty.: Accompanying RFI if additional information / clarification is required.
- Receive dissect all architect/consultants comments and requirements then adjust drawings in line with Commercial Director/ design managers requirements.
- Officially advise design manager regarding variations to project requirements.
Check: Instruction from design manager received prior to proceeding.
- Cross check and sign off elevation drawing and details to Construction status and ensure product compatibility and fabrication requirements are met.
Check In line with ISO procedure that all Construction drawings are signed
Drawing issue sheet filled out and issued
Covering issuing letter clearly identifies and directs project requirements to various departments.
Installation department advised and included on issue
Commercial secretary advised and included on issue to update the system regarding installation dates.
All brackets, flashings and specialist panels are scheduled within 2 working days of construction issue.
