Our client is a global industrial technology company, world’s leading supplier of sensors and controls across a broad range of markets and applications. We are looking for a motivated professional to join their team as an Operations Quality Engineer.
Main responsibilities:
- Analyze customer complaints and respond to them;
- Accomplishment of a customer satisfaction plan;
- Participate project-teams for launching new products;
- Interaction with Business Center for customer issues and quality improvement;
- PAPP and 8D coordination and submission;
- Manage Customer Specific and annual requirements.

Required qualifications and skills:
- Working experience in the area of quality engineering;
- Education in mechanical / electrical engineering (Bachelor or Master degree);
- Solid competence on TS16949, APQP, PPAP process, 8D model, Five Whys analysis;
- Necessary knowledge of project management;
- Experience in internal audits is an advantage;
- Excellent knowledge of English language is a must;
- Self – organized person with very good social skills;
- Easily adaptive, responsible, good communication skills;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and to meet certain goals;
- Ability to travel on a flexible basis.
