On behalf of our client, Atlas Copco Customer Center in Bulgaria, a world leading provider of sustainable productivity solutions, in industrial compressors, vacuum solutions, gas and process compressors and expanders, air and gas treatment equipment and air management systems we are searching for a motivated candidate to take the challenge and to successfully fulfill the position of:

Service Planner (Compressor Technique)

Basic responsibilities:

Coordinate the day-to-day work schedules of the service division;
Give special attention to work as a mobile operation, ensuring the workflow is constant at all times and no technicians are losing time in premises;
Instruct mobile technicians as to daily and weekly work schedules;
Set priorities and keep a flexibility in the planning to handling emergency requests;
Ensure the orders are correctly allocated and released for the service technician and that all parts are available prior to the visit date;
Ensure that spare parts are delivered in a fast and efficient way;
Monitor and record the progress of all customer orders, to ensure work is fully completed and any additional work is planned and completed in time;
Constantly liaise with Service Technicians, Technical support, Aftermarket Sales Engineers and other service branches to transfer, highlight and resolve customer requests or problems;
Prepare quotations for incoming customer requests and leads from FSE technical reports. Follow up of the quotations and negotiation;
Collect information from the Service Technicians, in order to accurately record and maintain customer records and machine-park file;
Coordinate with the Service Administrators as to closure of completed works.

Candidate Profile:

Engineering educational background or business administration but with experience in working in a similar role or in a role requesting development of technical knowledge of industrial equipment;
Experience (min 3 years) in administration of service department or in sales/service of industrial equipment;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and advanced knowledge of Excel module;
Knowledge of SAP, CPQ, C4S applications are considered as advantages;
Technical knowledge of air compressors is an advantage;
Languages: native in Bulgarian and good knowledge of English language.
