We are on a search for positive, customer-focused and communicative for the role of Contact Centre Agent with Danish, Finnish, Hebrew, Norwegian or Portuguese and English - Standard working time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Efficiently assisting customers through tickets or calls;
* Offering customized solutions and attentive assistance;
* Leading customers through processes for a superior experience;
* Analyzing and documenting recurring issues and common inquiries;
* Collaborating with colleagues to foster a positive work atmosphere.

Requirements:
* Collaborative mindset, committed to team achievements;
* Proficiency in one primary language with exceptional English proficiency;
* Positive and customer-focused demeanor, dedicated to exceptional service;
* Effective communication skills and a positive outlook;
* Familiarity with major operating systems is advantageous.
