Our client is one of the world's leading companies in climate control and thermal management for the automotive industry. The main product groups are control panels and control units for vehicle air conditioning as well as centre stacks/HMI. Climate sensors, blower controllers and PTC auxiliary heaters complement the portfolio. The company covers the entire process from product design to the production of complete climate control systems. In this process, our client combines all areas of expertise from software, electronics and mechanics to all other technologies necessary for the development and production of current and future operating and display elements.

Responsibilities:
Negotiate prices and development contracts and agreements;
Completing purchase contracts, under supply contracts and supplier quality agreements;
Participate and lead workshops for productivities in plastic area;
Create and develop good relationships with main suppliers;
Co-create and understand purchasing strategy for plastics;
Follow-up project time line and collaboration with a project team;
Cooperation on budget and reporting for the plastic commodity.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Economics or other appropriate;
Knowledge in purchasing standards and processes;
Willingness to learn and result oriented person;
Analytical and logical thinking;
Ability to travel more than 50% of working time;
Knowledge in plastic materials will be considered as an advantage;
Knowledge of English;
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
