INTERSPORT Bulgaria is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Ecommerce Content Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our online store, working closely with the Purchasing Department, Marketing Communication and Ecommerce Manager, internal and external agencies, and central teams based in Greece. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our ecommerce platform, from product uploads to order fulfillment, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the Ecommerce Content Specialist will be connected with managing and optimizing our online store, own and external channel campaigns and monitoring sales results, including:

- Product Management: Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to manage the web product range, ensuring availability, accurate product uploads, and timely promotions;
- Order Monitoring: Oversee the entire order flow for the online store, including placing orders, processing, delivery, and refunds and making sure the process goes smoothly;
- System Management: Working and managing local operations and systems local systems such as FF, Vendallion, and LS Retail, alongside web logistic procedures covering deliveries, courier services, returns, and stock management for which there will be a proper training;
- Content Management: Utilize the local Content Sync Tools for website product uploads, ensuring content accuracy and correct product categorization within the e-category tree;
- Web Management: Create product list page URLs and develop specific landing pages to enhance user navigation and engagement using the internal tools;
- Promotional Activities: Maintain promotional banners and aesthetics on the online store to align with marketing campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications and Competencies

- Education: University degree or diploma is considered an asset;
- Language Skills: Fluency in English;
- Technical Skills: Advanced PC skills; experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus;
- Soft Skills:

• Strong teamwork and collaboration ethos;
• Proactive initiative-taking and problem-solving capabilities;
