Recruitment Professional - Project Base
What you will be doing:
• Play a vital link between Hiring Managers and candidates
• Build a strong networking to attract new talents - Production, Engineering and Administrative roles
• By understanding the internal client needs, their industry knowledge and working culture to create a job ads to attract the right talents;
• Organizing and supporting the whole system administration during the recruitment projects;
• Giving timely feedback to both candidates and Hiring Managers about the progress and results;
• Closing projects successfully and enjoying industry know-how;
