Our client is an international manufacturing company. We are looking for:

Material Planner

Main Accountabilities:

• Plans and uploads the purchasing orders on the base of reference contracts and/or direct relations with the suppliers, according to the forecast needs;
• Follows the order in every phase, ensuring the correct delivery both in terms of time and in terms of correspondence between ordered and delivered, and receives the non-conformity reports.
• Supports the organization in achieving the company’s objectives of maximum material availability and minimal inventory level.
• Monitors the suppliers’ performance with adequate metrics, fostering a continuous improvement process.
Requirements:

• University degree in Administration, Economics, Management or Statistics;
• Fluency in English;
• 2+ years of experience in the Planning department of a global manufacturing company, preferably within the FMCG industry
• Proficient use of modern IT ERP/MRP/WMS systems knowledge (SAP as preferable requirement);
• Planning techniques (MTS, ATO, MTO, kanban, etc.);
• Lean production, six sigma knowledge are preferable;
• Analytical skills (including data collection, analysis and review; etc).
