A leading international company is expanding its team and is looking for:Customer Project / Program Manager with French or German and English

Key responsibilities:
• Retaining customer loyalty through proactive communication and effective handling of customer complaints.
• Receiving and managing customer cases through various communication channels and systems.
• Investigating specific cases, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying the best course of action for resolution.
• Maintaining regular communication with customers and internal stakeholders until full case resolution.
• Following up on case completion and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements:
• Secondary or higher education;
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role;
• Experience working in an international environment or with international teams will be considered an advantage;
• Excellent command of French or German;
• Very good command of English (minimum B2 level).
