Once you join our team as an Equipment Coordinator, you will be responsible to:

Communicate with vendors and customers all over the world
Coordinate equipment on loan/lease within Lufthansa and from external vendors
Select vendors to optimize loan/lease costs
Ensure the best possible delivery option
Follow-up and monitoring of the delivery and the return of all loan tools
Support generation of reports as required

To be successful in the role you need:
University degree (Technical is an advantage)
Excellent command of English (both verbal and written)
Excellent computer literacy
Good communication skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure, multitask and prioritize
Ability to work independently as well as having excellent team spirit
