For one of our clients – a company working with some of the biggest clients in the BPO field.
We are looking for positive, communicative and passionate problem-solvers for the role of
Sales Growth Coordinator with French and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Meeting sales targets by selling and renewing products/services;
* Promoting strategic product use to enhance customer experience;
* Collaborating with teams to optimize sales processes and systems;
* Managing high-volume customer interactions via phone and email, primarily outbound;
* Identifying and upselling opportunities while operating within the assigned territory;
* Maintaining timely updates in the CRM system;
* Providing accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.

Requirements:
* Excellent French and English and strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Able to communicate effectively with customers in a fast-paced environment and build
positive relationships;
* Problem-solver, able to learn and effectively use new technology and data;
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;
* Skilled multitasker, able to handle multiple priorities effectively.
