Job Description

This is an amazing opportunity to be part of Experian’s ‘cloud first’ journey to transform the Decision Analytics business to a cloud customer experience and cloud-based business model. Building on Experian’s flagship PowerCurve suite of capabilities, the Cloud Products & Platforms team is to spearhead the product development of a portfolio of pre-configured, standardized PowerCurve SaaS products.

You're probably wondering what you'll be doing:

· Being responsible for translating the product strategy and goals into product backlog;
· Owning the product backlog by incorporating business and technical requirements from the markets, clients, and other internal stakeholders;
· Defining and managing the priorities of product backlog and sprint backlog items;
· Being responsible for ensuring clarity of requirements to the Scrum team;
· Engaging with other product management stakeholders and broader teams for successful launch and GTM of the products;
· Leading the engagement and communication with stakeholders across the business for product roadmap, requirement, showcase, feedback, and regular updates;
· Performing product demonstration to internal and external stakeholders;
· Delivering product enablement/training to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

We look for you to bring:

· Around 7 years of Agile product management or product ownership in software development experience;
· Experience in working in Decisioning or supporting Decisioning activities. Ideally experience of two or more relevant business domains (Customer Acquisitions, Customer Management, Collection and Debt Management, or Decisioning Strategy Management);
· Experience and up-to-date knowledge of one of the following market sectors: Banking, Telco, Utilities;
· In-depth product Life-cycle experience;
· Broad and deep knowledge and understanding of credit decisioning practices;
· Effective use of visual tools such as mock-up and flow diagram for requirement clarification;
· Strong analytical skills;
· Proficient in using Confluence and Jira;
· High-level knowledge of Agile framework and project management methodologies;
· Strong communication skills – both written, oral presentation in English;
· Strong collaboration and teamwork;
· Used to work under tight time pressure, great sense of priority management
