General duties:
Strategy development: support the preparation of the detailed strategy by structuring ambiguous problems and take action to solve them
Strategy implementation: work effectively with diverse teams to come up with and implement the best solution and move people and organizations to act
Business decisions: influence business decisions by synthetizing clear takeaways from complex information using both qualitative and quantitative methods
Change management: Be a role model and drive the change in the organization by establishing trust-based relationships, communicating efficiently with all audiences and ensuring the proper involvement and understanding of colleagues related to the transformation
Process challenging: Consult on how selected processes can be optimized and executed efficiently

Requirements:
Curiosity and motivation to develop in the banking industry
Ability to structure and resolve complex problems
Passion towards process optimization and process mapping
Proactive, impact-driven personality type
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional experience in consultancy or in the banking industry
Technical skills – professional business English and ability to work with MS Office tools
