Main duties and responsibilities:

· Design, document and provide Mechanical Engineering solutions;

· Developing feasibility study, DFMEA and risk analysis for new products;

· Understand customer requirements and design custom products to fulfill customer needs;

· Conduct engineering analysis, sizing, calculations and materials selection;

· Follow up the Quality and Environmental Policy of the company.





Requirements:

· University degree in Mechanical Engineering field or science;

· Generate 3D CAD models and engineering detail drawings of components and assemblies;

· Excellent knowledge of design and development processes with specialty in plastic 3D modeling;

· Manage the mechanical design process from concept to production;

· Ability to work as part of a team or individually;

· Intermediate Business level of English;



Preferred experience/skills:

· Creo and/or CATIA V5 software modules: 3D modeling, drafting and automotive product design experience;

· Knowledge of thermal, mechanical and magnetic simulations - Ansys;

· Experience in manufacturing environment;
