If the answer is “Yes”, then you are the perfect candidate for our client for the position of ARCHITECT INTERIOR DESIGN.
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
• University degree in "Architecture - Interior Design", with minimal success in studying - 5.25;
• Excellent English - written and spoken;
• Excellent computer literacy – MS Office;
• Excellent knowledge and usage of architectural computer programs: AutoCad, Archicad, 3D StudioMax, Adobe Acrobat, Computer graphics (Corel PhotoShop), CorelDraw;
• Work experience as an interior designer – minimum 2 years;
• Good negotiable skills in order to easily communicate with company’s clients;
• Excellent organizational and communicational skills;
• Feelings of responsibility and serious attitude towards the professional duties.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Preparation of interior projects and offers for clients, according to their needs;
• Preparation of requests to subcontractors and suppliers in order to collect the best offers to complete the projects that are managed;
• Planning and verifying the costs of the quantity materials and work needed for finishing the projects;
• Preparing schedules for the construction works;
• Preparing analyzes of the products’ prices used for the purpose of the project and preparing protocols for the actually executed works;
• Tracking and control of the quality of the construction activities according to the architectural and interior plan created in advance.
