When you join our team, you will:
Participate in, lead and support OTE short-term and long-term projects
Develop, monitor and keep up-to-date business plans for the assigned projects
Provide business intelligence to assist strategic decision-making within the OTE department
Perform internal tooling and equipment analyzes
Develop, review and keep up to date the tooling blueprints for potential expansions and new aircraft types entry into service
Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities
Develop strategies for sourcing new and used tooling at optimized costs
Support, monitor and control the Training and Development need of the department
Provide support on OTE process development and improvements
Furnish the OTE Central Services and Business Development Manager with monthly reports and KPIs as required

You match our need, if you have:
Engineering/Project management/Business Administration university degree (Engineering is an advantage)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar job or industry
Good technical and mechanical knowledge and understanding
Experience in project management and aircraft tooling and equipment is an advantage
Fluent English (both verbal and written)
Excellent computer literacy (advanced knowledge of MS Excel required)
Willingness to travel abroad
Experience with material resource planning systems (preferably SAP) is an advantage
Strong analytical skills
Good communication skills
Excellent vendor and customer orientation
Able to work efficiently under pressure, multitask and prioritise
