Once you join our team as Project Engineer you will:
Process the layover in line with the project plan
Progress, coach and monitor any project related tasks in line with the goals
Perform certification and CRS where required as per company authorization
Monitor and support capacity adjustments to be in line with project and organizational requirements
Take an active role in the recruitment, selection and development of team members including the development of assigned trainees
Keep an eye on quality and housekeeping, health and safety, work tools within area and teams of responsibility
Monitor and develop staff qualification and skills
Facilitate team performance
Set targets for employees to monitor their performance

To be successful in the role you need:
Technical university degree or relevant job experience
B1 or B2 license
Supervisory experience at least 1.5 years
Experience in aviation industry (preferable MRO experience) minimum 3 years
Strong leadership skills – people and technical
Analyzing, structuring and presenting of complex tasks
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong negotiation skills, assertiveness and high degree of persuasive power
Excellent conflict management competence
Service and customer orientation
Self-confidence
Keen perception, objective and reliable judgement

Willingness for international duty travel
