When you join our team, you will:
Perform and solve clarifications on core return units
Correct inventory and equipment entries of pool units
Manage and coordinate the non-interchangeabilities mailbox and associated tasks
Maintain and update an access database containing information for components and materials to ensure material pool standard balance
Serve as the primary point of contact for Account Managers,Customer Service, Pool-Balance Managers and others
Work in and with various LHT systems such as SAP, t/track
Strive for impeccable customer service to enhance the overall customer experience
Ensure transparency and reliability of the customer's supply chain through daily case management and ongoing clarifications
Provide proactive feedback on system and process changes based on professional expertise

You match our need, if you have:
University degree (Business and Economics, Technical, or relevant)
Fluent English (both written and spoken)
SAP or other ERP system is advantage
Relevant job experience would be considered as an advantage
Teamwork ability, assertiveness, persuasiveness, adaptability
Able to foster improvements and process optimization solution
Problem solving and productivity driven
Ability of decision making and self-initiative
