Main duties and responsibilities:
Design, document and provide Mechanical Engineering solutions;
Developing feasibility study, DFMEA and risk analysis for new products;
Understand customer requirements and design custom products to fulfill customer needs;
Conduct engineering analysis, sizing, calculations and materials selection;
Follow up the Quality and Environmental Policy of the company.
Requirements:
University degree in Mechanical Engineering field or science;
Generate 3D CAD models and engineering detail drawings of components and assemblies;
Excellent knowledge of design and development processes with specialty in plastic 3D modeling;
Manage the mechanical design process from concept to production;
Ability to work as part of a team or individually;
Intermediate Business level of English.
Preferred experience/skills:
Creo and/or CATIA V5 software modules: 3D modeling, drafting and automotive product design experience;
Knowledge of thermal, mechanical and magnetic simulations - Ansys;
Experience in manufacturing environment.
