transformation. We are on a lookout for reliable, analytical and motivated individuals the role
of Inquiry Resolution Coordinator with German and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Dealing with questions and queries from both partners and customers;
* Encouraging positive behavior, offering feedback and support until the issue is resolved;
* Ensuring partners comply with usability rules and regulations;
* Providing solutions according to guidelines and prioritizing tasks appropriately;
* Handling billing tasks in accordance with company guidelines;
* Utilizing case-by-case approach and approach each request with care and active interest.

Requirements:
* Reliable, motivated and organized;
* Possesses problem-solving and analytical skills;
* Proficient in German and English is required;
* 2+ years of experience in administrative or customer-related roles is preferred;
* Willingness to learn and improve to provide high-quality service;
* Familiar and skilled MS Office applications user;
* Adaptable, friendly, and a team player.
