Our client is one of the world's leading companies in climate control and thermal management for the automotive industry. The main product groups are control panels and control units for vehicle air conditioning as well as centre stacks/HMI. Climate sensors, blower controllers and PTC auxiliary heaters complement the portfolio. The company covers the entire process from product design to the production of complete climate control systems. In this process, our client combines all areas of expertise from software, electronics and mechanics to all other technologies necessary for the development and production of current and future operating and display elements.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

You verify automotive climate control units and you are responsible for the successful test realization after test specification included evaluation, interpretation and documentation of the achieved results;
You develop test algorithms and work out test sequences according to given test specifications;
The tests have to be performed with the current climate control by use of specific test equipment;
You capture, check and analysis the test results on the basis of given internal test specifications;
Interpret and document the test results; work out improvements and communicate this with the development;
Present test results to internal and external customers and if necessary suggest improvements;
Work out necessary documentations and reports and provide to internal and external customer.


REQUIREMENTS:

Electronic engineer with automotive background;
Three (3) to five (5) years experience in electro-mechanical testing ;
Knowledge about test procedures and test methods;
Knowledge in handling of measurement tools and test automation;
Experience in programming with LabWindows/CVI or other c language;
Knowledge about automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN) and car diagnostics (UDS);
Strong communication skills;
Excellent English knowledge in word and character font;
Strong skill to learn new subjects and tools very quickly.
