On behalf of our client, the global leader in door opening solutions, we are currently seeking a motivated specialist for the role of:

Product Line Manager


Main responsibilities:

· To lead a team of line managers;
· To be responsible for all day to day activities – manufacturing, engineering, logistics, quality and purchasing;
· To ensure the production targets are met;
· To develop and achieve the budgetary and cash flow;
· To ensure for the production output, product quality and on-time shipping;
· To plan, budget, organize resources, execute work plans, monitor production and quality, participate in special projects and work schedules;
· To hire, direct, coach and mentor staff;
· To ensure site compliance to all labor, safety and environmental regulations;
· To ensure the production staff is suitably trained, qualifies and licensed for the various tasks and jobs.

Main requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in technical / industrial / construction engineering or operations management;
· Prior experience – at least 5 years in the production environment with minimum of 3 years of experience as a Plant Manager;
· Ability to read and interpret Profit & Loss and Cash flow statements;
· Strong organizational skills and ability to minimize costs;
· Multi-tasking;
· Excellent time management and organizational skills;
· Excellent communication and presentation skills;
· Proficiency in MS Office;
· Excellent English language communication skills – both verbal and written
