You need to have:
✔ 3+ years’ experience in QA, most of it should be in doing automation testing;
✔ Experience with any of the most-used testing tools – Selenium, Appium, Cucumber or other;
✔ Experience with Java and/or C#;
✔ Understanding of SDLC.

It’s a great bonus if you have experience with:
✔ Testing DB and knowledge in any DB management systems;
✔ Server-side testing;
✔ Ruby and/or Python.
