ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:

We are a team of passionate HR professionals, working for 23 countries in CCHBC Family. In People Services we work closely with stakeholders from all countries in scope, aiming to improve the end-to-end experience of the employees and line managers.
Here in the Bulgarian team of People Services in BSO we support the Coca-Cola HBC huge unit in Bulgaria with anything related to the employee’s administration in the system- hirings, promotions, salary changes, sick leaves, or vacations, you name it, we‘re always there to have their back. We also play around with Excel and other tools a lot, to send tailor-made reports on request and we surely spend quite some time in Microsoft Teams, on meetings and calls dedicated to solving issues from local managers or boosting our professional qualifications using amazing internal trainings.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide support to Coca-Cola Hellenic Group Countries in the area of Human Resources Administration - Personnel Administration and Organizational Management.
Prepare Labor contracts, Additional agreements, Termination letters, labor books, etc.
Managing of Absences.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Prepare different reports.
Participate in initiatives to increase process efficiency, standardization and redesign in line with the business needs.

ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

Strong interest in the area of Human Resources.
Excellent command on English, both written and verbal (C1).
Experienced user of Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point).
Previous experience with SAP or Workday will be considered an advantage.
University Degree in HR, Business Administration or other related subject would be a plus.
Solid customer service skills, and ability to work with tight deadlines.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Team player, proactive & result driven.
