We are seeking students to join our reinvented Internship Program in Bulgaria, win alongside our remarkable team, learn and create their own future.

You will begin your journey earliest in November 2021, going through an on-boarding phase and two game levels:

• Month 1: Taking classroom theory into practice, you'll start learning about the business, our secret language and strategies, and getting to know our amazing people. Your own opinion will count every day

• Level 1 (Month 2-6): Then you will be given your own projects and play on the battle field straight away. We will help you pick-up and conquer challenges.

• Should you show great results, you contract might be extended for another 6 months, leading you to Level 2 (Month 7-12): This will be your time to shine and showcase all you have learnt so far. Expect to jump-over a raised bar.

During the internship your Manager / mentor will keep a close look at your development and will dedicate time to set clear goals and provide you feedback along the entire program. You'll have access to 10, 000+ learning nuggets to sharpen your business acumen and professional skills. Beyond that, you will train, practice and have fun, alongside your intern peers, HP best professionals, learning also from senior managers that can help you take your career forward.



Job scope/summary:

CS (Customer Support) EMEA organization is managing support & services delivery for HP Inc. consumer & commercial products (call support, unit repair, accessory replacement, extended services) over all EMEA countries. Support & services offer is operated through a network of delivery partners, as well as thousands of retailers & resellers channel partners dispatched over Europe.

Objectives of the organization are to provide best service, increase Total Customer Experience and drive Services Revenue Growth.

SMC team is part of the Complaint Relation Team (CRT), which provides support to complaining customers in EMEA for all HP Inc. products. The role of the CRT team is to restore loyalty of our customers after a weak customer experience with HP Inc Support (CS EMEA).


Job specifics/responsibilities:

• As Customer Relations Solution Management Center Intern you will be involved in:

• Supporting the Material Sourcing via S4 – one of the strategic initiatives of the organization.

• Considering the short product lifecycles, the continuous evolution of product specifications and the existing tools, support a solution to assist CRT agents identifying the right replacement product for our customers when providing a commercial solution.

• Supporting the front office agents to execute low/medium/high-cost compensations according to existing guidelines.

• Supporting the CRT teams in resolving the customer problem.

• Supporting the CRT teams in mitigating the impact of the initial experience.

• Restoring the loyalty of the customer.

• Key deliverables/accountabilities:

• Optimize the process to choose a replacement unit, order it and trace it until it is received by the customer, aiming to reduce the current effort dedicated by the different teams.

• Revamp of the SMC sharepoint structure and content, to have it become the main point of reference for the team.


Education (degree) and professional experience required:

• Bachelor or Master degree student – currently enrolled in education 3rd, 4th year of studies.

• Experience in virtual team environment will be an advantage.



Other requirements:

• Excellent level of English both written and verbal.

• Other languages knowledge would be an asset.

• Demonstrate common sense, show sense of urgency and creativity.

• Eagerness to learn and improve, good listener, diplomatic, conscientious, and tenacious.

• Strong communication skills; Good level of planning and organizational skills.

• Out of the box thinking – able to find solutions.

• Able to apply tools and technology to produce results.

• Able to understand global business processes and identify impact of change.



Technical skills (procedures and documents the employee has to be acquainted with):

• Basic experience and literacy of MS Office products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

• Reporting tool /Data management is an advantage not a must.
