Maintenance Supervisor

We are currently looking for candidate for one of our trusted partners in the region – a leading international FMCG company.

We are looking for a bright and motivated person to join the Engineering team on the position of:

Maintenance Supervisor


Role Functions:

Plan and manage the entire maintenance related activities at the plant while reaching maintenance goals within the budget and with a high level of quality in the most efficient manner;
Develop, introduce and follow-up preventive maintenance program;
Plan and organize smooth spare parts supply process;
Encourage and implement process improvements;
Develop workforce through supervision, training and coaching;
Ensure that all Company‘s requirements concerning Health & Safety, environmental and legal regulations are followed.



Requirements:

At least bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Automation;
Maintenance team management experience;
ERP system experience is considerable advantage;
Computer literacy: MS Office;
Good command of English language;
Leadership skills;
Pro-active, self-driven and disciplined team player with excellent analytical, planning and managerial skills.
