For a newly established production facility of the internationally active automotive supplier – VOSS Automotive GmbH – we are currently looking for Leader Operative Quality.

Area of responsibilities:
Lead of operational quality functions such as production quality, supplier quality assurance, auditing and product audit, laboratory and metrology
Drive the operational quality during production startup in collaboration with central de-partments and interface to quality-expertise site in Poland
Make sure that production launch is started with save launch principles targeting for 0-defects with SOP
Responsible to ensure 100% compliance to production control plan requirements
Implementation and description of company zero defect production approach in close col-laboration with central quality
Establish and maintain a plan and execute production audits according system, process and product audit requirements
Ensure that relevant resources in production are planned and adopted in consultation with the nominated project leader
Responsible for training of operational personnel is done on time and define a training con-cept based on production requirements
Define and lead continuous improvement projects following KPI’s and status identification
Drive escalation where necessary within internal task force or suppliers in order to ensure on time reaction if any critical quality situation occur based on companies escalation program

Profile requirements:
Engineering degree in manufacturing engineering or mechanics or equivalent education
Several years of professional and management experience in Quality management, Manufacturing or Project management with the interface to quality activities in automotive industry
Knowledge of APQP or other advanced quality standards is a must, knowledge in Six Sigma Lean is an advantage
Additional qualifications according automotive standards auditor
Advanced skills in MS Office and statistic software tools, SAP knowledge
Very good English skills spoken and written
Professional communication experience with customers, suppliers and auditors
