Due to the business needs of one of our trusted clients, we are currently looking to hire a motivated professional for the position of
Export Assistant
Job purpose:
He/she is responsible to provide a full comprehensive assistance to Export Manager as designated.
Main roles and responsibilities:
Provide administartive support to direct manager in terms of export process management;
Interact on daily basis with clients from foreign markets via email;
Responsible for the administrative provision of export process – accepting orders, monitoring of orders execution; keeping records on payments;
Lead internal communication with the Production Unit;
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence;
Upkeep of booking of meetings, travel arrangements; taking telephone calls and messages when necessary;
Responsible for additional tasks, where the direct manager requires assistance;
Keep secure and updated the Company data as directed by management.
Profile required:
Higher academic level, ideally university degree or equivalent;
Previous experience on administrative and/or customer service role;
Experience in communication within international environment would be an advantage;
Excellent command of written and spoken English; fluency in Bulgarian;
Very good level of computer literacy.

Well-organized (planning, organizing, prioritizing tasks and activities, time-management);
Very good interpersonal and communication skills;
Open-minded, pro-active and results driven attitude.
