Our client is Reichle & De-Massari Bulgaria Production - Swiss company, part of the international Reichle Group, operating in more than 30 countries. R&M is one of the leaders in the production and distribution of copper and fiber components and cables for high quality communication networks (LAN, MAN, WAN).

Due to their Production Engineering Department growing we are looking for a motivated professional to join their team as a:

Lead Production Engineer Industrialization

Responsibilities:
Participate in the establishment, optimization, implementation and development of production processes;
Play crucial role in the industrialization of new and existing products;
Take part and in some cases lead challenging projects (continuous improvement, automation, etc.);
Monitor the quality of the production processes on a regular basis and ensure the productivity is maintained to its target level;
Work in close collaboration with other departments in the company – Quality, Procurement, Production, R&D.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field;
Minimum 5 years of relevant production experience;
Knowledge about measuring instruments and test equipment;
Experience with: ERP system (SAP is an advantage), Lean and quality control methodology;
Very good command of English language is a must;
Able to travel internationally is a big advantage.
