For a newly established production facility in Lovech of the internationally active automotive supplier – VOSS Automotive GmbH we are currently looking for QMS Engineer.

Key responsibilities:

Creation, establishment and maintenance of a local QM System documentation according to IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and relevant system requirements
Administrate the local integrated QM-system in line with Global VOSS requirements in close collaboration with central quality and VAP
Train relevant personnel in QM system requirements, standards and audit procedures.
Survey and maintain the system requirements and quality policy as well as process KPIs and status.
Represent the site in QM system tasks as QM system representative and establish appropriate management review reporting
Plan and coordinate internal system and process audits according to relevant management systems (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 and ISO 14001)
Coordinate customer audits with all internal departments in close collaboration with central quality. Act as a central interface for customers with regards to management system requirements
Control audit results, the actions on non-conformities and consult departments for corrective measures
During startup phase of the new site act as quality planner for launch projects in cooperation with the leader of operative quality
Be a member of Process-FMEA workshops and process optimization teams.
Create local documentation of production quality documentation in local language as necessary
Create PPAP documentation, collect all necessary documents according to customer requirements, submit and follow up customer approval status until completion. If necessary escalate if releases are not on time.
Coordinate local changes from quality perspective
Review feasibility assessments for new projects and for any changes announced with the systems
Review and describe local inspection instructions according the global control plans where necessary. Local projects to be reviewed with the quality-center of experience in VAP

Profile requirements:

Engineering degree (Master or bachelor) in commercial, business administration, engineering or equivalent
Min. 3 years in the area of quality management, manufacturing or project management with the interface to quality activities in automotive industry
Very good English skills spoken and written
Advanced skills in MS Office
Professional communication with suppliers and auditors
Basic SAP knowledge
ISO 9001 or IATF 16949, customer specific requirements (VDA, QS9000, …), 2nd Party auditor according IATF 16949; VDA Process auditor
Additional qualifications according automotive standards
Knowledge of APQP and project management or other advanced quality standards is a must
Knowledge in 6Sigma Lean is an advantage
