Production Team Leader

We are currently looking for a Production Team Leader to join one of our partners – an International company on the position of
Production Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Set up the production lines and manages the production unit in Bulgaria;
• Implements solutions to improve production processes and cost targets;
• Prepares analyses of the consumption of raw materials;
• Review process for material savings, material handling reduction and efficiency improvements;
• Participates in analyzing the quality of the production;
• Controls compliance with labor and technological discipline, as well as safety rules;
• People management – 20 people.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years minimum managing manufacturing operations;
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Electronics or Mechanical Engineering;
• Quality management experience;
• Experience working with Quality standards;
• Solid MS office skills, experience with ERP systems is an advantage;
• Knowledge of business, finance and management principles is an advantage.
