Field Engineer

Main responsibilities:
Educate critical influencers on construction projects about the proper use, advantages and value of the products;
Secure the specification of these products in the designs;
Communicate and assist sales team with their conversion into sales;
Visit design offices, construction companies and jobsites to proactively assess design problems and opportunities;
Give advice, solution and technical support and add value through the use of Isomat products;
Organize, drive and perform technical seminars for designers, architects and applicators;
Perform demos on technical applications and solutions.

Requirements:
University degree in Civil Engineering;
English language proficiency (B1 minimum);
Must maintain a professional business appearance in accordance with company dress policy;
Valid driving license cat B;
Ability to travel 30% of the time;
Jobsite, design or sales experience will be considered an advantage.
