For one of our trusted clients - we are looking for: QUALITY MANAGER

Main responsibilities:
- Manage quality assurance activities in Plastics BU as well as customer relationship in accordance with customer requirements and Company management system;
- Initiate and support corrective and preventive actions based on actual data from customers and production line;
- Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement activities in the Plastics BU.
- To request and follow corrective and preventive actions for improvement of Company performance;
- To monitor and report performance to management by gathering and analyzing relevant data;
- To manage and maintain the Company’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes and finished goods;

Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering;
- Previous experience in Plastic Injection manufacturing environment;
- Overmolding experience is considered a huge advantage;
- Knowledge of good manufacturing practices, ISO standards, quality systems & quality control methods;
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and practical involvement in the automotive sector activities will be considered a strong advantage;
- People management and leadership abilities;
- Excellent written and spoken English;
- Computer skills - MS Office.
