QUALITY MANAGER

Our client which is the world leader in the production of self-adhesive tapes and porous materials. For the expansion of the team we are looking for:

Quality Manager

Responsibility and tasks:

• Determing internal audit scope according requirements of ISO 9001, IATF 16949q VDA 6.3/6.5 and customer specific requirements /Formel Q, D/TLD, ESD, LPA/5s etc/ and develop annual audit plans and programs;
• Ensuring standarts, procedures, policies, customer requirements, legislation andregulations are correctly followed and complied with;
• Conducting internal audits using process approach and risk-based thinking;
• Identify, analyze, evaluate and record information to achieve the audit's objectives;
• Preparing action plans, verifying the effectiveness of corrective actions taken and conducting follow-up verification audits.

Qualifications:

• Good command of written and spoken English or German is a must;
• Technical / engineering degree or similar;
• Experience with Quality management systems, ISO 9001
• Very good PC skills, SAP user
• Previous experience in similar position will be considered as a strong advantage;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, trainer abilities;
• Systematic approach and initiative;
• Understanding of: Automotive core tools and methods /MSA, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, APQP, Control Plan/;
