Due to our client`s business needs, we are in search of a highly motivated professional to join the company at the position of: CUSTOMER SUPPORT WITH GERMAN/ DUTCH/ and English language.


Main activities and responsibilities:
Written and verbal communication with clients
Assisting clients with the necessary documentation
Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing a high level of customer service
Compliance with all internal rules, policies and procedures

Key requirements:
High level of German/Dutch language skills (C1 written and spoken)
High level of English (written and spoken)
Good communication skills
Experience with Microsoft office
