We are currently looking for a motivated candidate to join one of our partners – an International company which is starting its business in Bulgaria.

Aiming to strength our team in Bulgaria we are looking for a highly motivated:

Head of constructor/designer department

Your Tasks

Establishing and managing a design department for the preparation of drawings in a first step;
Organization of the workload exchange between Germany and Bulgaria;
Prepare and provide a regular reporting;
In a second step expand the group for designing assemblies and parts according to given requirements;

Your Education/Experience

Mechaical Engineer (Bachelor or Master);
First leading experience or skills which can be developed;
3 to 5 years experience in R&D in a machine manufacturing company of 100 - 1000 employees;
Language Ability: English or/and German;
Wide experience of 3D-CAD (ideally SolidWorks), SAP;
Distinct ability to work in a team;
High organization skills in developing people, communication and developing process;

Your personal skills

Independent, systematic and reliable working methods;
High level of commitment and organizational skills;
At the beginning: willing to stay in Germany for some time ( 2 months);
Willingness to travel for regular meetings in Germany for 1 or 2 times per month;
