Currently we are looking for a motivated candidate to join the team of one of our partner, as an: Logistics Manager

Main responsibilities:
-Managing logistics process and monitoring performance activities;
- Planning and organizing optimally the delivery of materials from suppliers, as well as the shipment of finished goods to the clients of the company according schedule;
- Following, analysing and optimizing the warehouse stock;
- Monitoring of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
- Organizing and controling the logistic documentation;
- Organizing and optimizing the work of the subordinate specialists and other workers in warehouse department, including following the internal rules of the company and the rules for safety; provides and requests trainings to the subordinates in order to develop and motivate them;
- Following the movement of materials and finished goods in SAP, taking actions for the smooth work and deliveries for the future;
- Maintaining metrics and analyzing data to assess performance and implement improvements.

Requirements:
- University degree in Economics;
- At least 5 years’ proven experience on similar position in production plant in Automotive industry;
- Excellent SAP knowledge and skills;
- Good level of English language;
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects;
- Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously when needed.
