CUSTOMER QUALITY ENGINEER
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for the communication with customer regarding customer complaints;
- Responsible for correct and timely fulfillment of 8D reports and sharing them with the customer;
- Involved in the training process of operators with regards to defining and clarifying quality criteria;
- Customer claims handling, root cause analysis, suggesting and implementing corrective actions;
- Manage Customer Specific Requirements and annual requirements;
- Check regularly the customer satisfaction and targets fulfillment in terms of quality;
- Preparation of regular reports/analysis on customer claims and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Technical University degree;
- Experience in Quality Management or manufacturing/engineering;
- Knowledge in quality tools – 5why, Ishikawa, Pareto analysis, SPC etc;
- Knowledge in PFEMA, Control plan, PPAP tools and methodologies;
- Good English language – written and spoken.
