Maintenance Operator- София

We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Operator to support our client - rolling stock projects during commissioning, warranty, and product introduction phases.

Your Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on metro train components and subassemblies;
Detect, diagnose, and repair train defects with high-quality standards;
Follow operating instructions and complete self-inspections;
Use approved tools, metrology devices, and technical documentation;
Complete and sign maintenance records and documentation (inspection reports, defect notifications, work instructions);
Execute maintenance activities within established deadlines;
Ensure compliance with company EHS and environmental procedures;
Contribute to workplace cleanliness and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile
Technical secondary education;
Experience in rolling stock maintenance is an advantage;
Mechanical / locksmith knowledge;
Experience in similar industrial environments;
Additional certifications (CNC, welding, locomotive mechanic, etc.) are a plus;
Responsible, detail-oriented, and team player.
